A River Changes Course

The acclaimed documentary film by Kalyanee Mam, ‘A River Changes Course’ is being shown at SOAS in London this month. It looks like a brilliant film and we have all booked our tickets. The film covers the difficult and emotive issues around water and control of scarce water resources in Cambodia, a country which revolves around the central freshwater lake, The Tonle Sab.
