Koh Dach presents authentic Cambodian life in its simplest and most beautiful forms – the women weaving silk by hand, the Cambodian monks collecting the morning alms in their saffron coloured robes, orchards bursting with fresh fruit, and daily village activities. A short ferry ride across the Mekong River from Phnom Penh, Koh Dach is a wonderful venue for this exploration by bike.
A leisurely 23km ride on the island takes you through fruit orchards, past shophouses and Khmer temples, and along quaint rural roads. Witness the beaches, and enjoy a local lunch shaded by huts along the river, with optional water activities on offer. The tour culminates with a 2 hour boat ride along the Mekong river, docking at the stunning Royal Palace.
