Set just 150 metres back from Mararikulam Beach, spacious villas are spread throughout 18 acres of gardens that lead right onto the beach. Surrounded by simple village life, you’ll always be a close walk to the ocean here.
The restaurant provides all-day dining overlooking the lovely pool area. Sit by the sun loungers, amongst the palm trees and gardens or wander down to the white sandy stretch of beach for a swim. Nearby, you can also wander through the local village, or watch the fishermen set sail as they head out for the day.
27 very spacious, enclosed villas, 5 with plunge pools, are scattered over the large property to ensure privacy. With a contemporary design inside amongst stone and polished plastering, you’ll find each villa includes a private garden,dining area and lounge, while bathrooms have an open-air shower area.
Villas are designed to accommodate only two people, however you can easily fit two children - and, with the enclosed garden, this is great for privacy and safety. While not quite as refined and luxurious as nearby Marari Beach Resort, Xandari Pearl is much smaller and very competitively priced with an excellent team of staff - people rave about them!
