What stands out at this hotel is it's attentional to detail. There are nine suites within two main villas, that have been created by the owner in traditional Balinese design, but with a modern twist. The beautifully curated communal garden area and the pool form an oasis in the heart of Seminyak; it’s a lovely place to relax after a day exploring.
Most villas come with their own private pool, adding to the intimate experience of the resort. They range from one to four rooms so are perfect for groups and families or a romantic couple’s getaway.
Private dinners are easily arranged and the romance of the resort should not be overlooked. This does not mean, however, that families aren't welcome. Children's yoga and whitewater rafting or river kayaking are offered by Blue Karma and can all arranged through reception.
There are also classes offering you the chance to create your own Balinese Borch (tiger balm) body scrub and herbal remedy drinks or you can sign up for yoga. In addition, the resort’s Blue Spa offers a wide selection of rejuvenating treatments.
A short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and shops, Blue Karma is a great place for families and couples seeking a relaxing spot in which to recharge.
Superior - This is what we would describe as our standard category. These will be decent 3/4* hotels providing a really good level of service. We would generally expect them to be providing a little something extra, in terms of character, guest experience or facilities too.
