This luxury eco-resort lies in the West Bali National Park, away from the popular tourist hubs, providing a beautiful, quiet location to experience Bali’s nature. It has a private stretch of beach, opulent villas and excellent facilities and activities to keep you entertained – the perfect recipe for a tranquil, memorable stay.
Take your pick for a swim between the large infinity pool with its sunken pool bar, or the ocean on your doorstep. If you’re up early enough, you might even spot the deer wandering through the mangroves around the beach. Spend your time doing watersports, indulging in a spa treatment or simply enjoying your comfortable villa. Excursions can be organised, from private cruises to snorkelling amongst the colourful coral reefs nearby. As for dining, there are several options including the Ocean Club with its lovely views of the national park, as well as a smaller open kitchen providing Indonesian favourites.
The 17 spacious villas are beautifully decorated in a traditional and charming Balinese style while giving a modern, homely feel. Some are nestled amongst the forest, and others sit right on the beach. Bathrooms are a particular highlight, especially the ones with glass roofs and large bathtubs.
If it’s a peaceful, beachfront resort you’re seeking away from the more frequented beaches in Bali, this is an excellent eco-friendly option.
Deluxe - This is our first really 'upmarket' category. It might be a beautiful tiny hotel with very limited facilities or a 5* resort hotel with all the trimmings; but any hotel in this category will be a well-run establishment with very comfortable rooms, a strong service ethos and excellent food.
