Cycling in Laos, Bolaven Plateau
Laos, Pakse and The South

Info : Cycling in Laos

Cycling in Laos is a richly rewarding method of transport; giving any traveller the opportunity to experience the delights of Laos from a different perspective.

The cyclists have the opportunity to take in the breathtaking scenery, visit sites off the beaten track and get a real flavour of Lao society and culture. One such tour incorporates 7 days of cycling in South Laos, starting on the Thai boarder before cycling south along the banks of the Mekong to Wat Phou. After exploring the temple and other Khmer relics, the tour moves further south to the Four Thousand Islands and a chance to spot Dolphins and see stunning waterfalls. It is then back up north and a climb up to the Boloven Plateau and the beautiful Tad Fane Resort, taking in the breathtaking scenery and views on offer. Finally the beautiful descent back to the Thai border.

With our partners in Laos we can offer a variety of tours within Laos. We welcome groups of all sizes and abilities, and all tastes and needs. All tours have an experienced and English speaking guide and support vehicle to help the group through the tour. We use excellent TREK 4500 bikes, all of which are in excellent condition and well maintained throughout the tour.

There is no better way to experience the unique friendliness and hospitality of this gracious people.

Customer Feedback
I wanted to write to thank you for the enormous effort you put in to creating our itinerary and for managing to salvage a holiday out of the snow debacle for us. It must have been the weekend from hell for you, but somehow, you managed to get us in to Laos and we didn’t feel like we had missed too much of the sights. I don’t know how you pulled it off, there was evidently a lot of extra work involved for you, so flippin’ well done.
