Day 1 Depart The UK

Depart the UK bound for Hanoi in Vietnam (flights are usually direct)

Day 2 & 3 Hanoi

On arrival in Hanoi, you'll be met by your private guide and driver for the transfer to your hotel.

Spend the day exploring the highlights of Hanoi with your expert guide. You'll uncover the historical and cultural heart of the city.

Day 4 - 7 Luang Prabang

The flight from Hanoi to Luang Prabang takes just over an hour. On arrival, your Laos guide and driver will meet you for the short transfer to your hotel. You'll spend 3 days in Luang Prabang, a beautiful town with ornate buildings and temples, surrounded by mountains and lush forest.

Your guide will show you both the highlights of the UNESCO protected town itself and some of the most scenic rural vistas in the nearby countryside.

Day 8- 11 Siem Reap and The Temples of Angkor

Another short hop takes you from Luang Prabang to Siem Reap in Cambodia, the gateway to the temples of Angkor. During your stay, you'll explore iconic sites like Angkor Wat, Ta Phrom, Banteay Srei and Angkor Thom with your expert guide. The temples can be crowded - so at Experience Travel Group we work closely with our guides to ensure your itinerary avoids the crowds where possible.

In addition to the incredible temples, Siem Reap itself has vibrant night markets and some terrific restaurants, and the surrounding countryside offers some exciting adventures too. Your itinerary will incorporate time in the country, either visiting a local fishing community or exploring the rice paddies by bike, perhaps even quad bike – we are flexible to your preferences.

Day 12 - 16 Hoi An

The last short hop takes you directly from Siem Reap to Da Nang airport close to Hoi An town. The stretch of coast between Da Nang and Hoi An is the perfect place to spend the last days of the holiday and choose between strolls around the lantern-lit streets of ancient Hoi An or lazy days on the beach. Additionally, there is the chance to enjoy a guided tour of rural Hoi An.

Day 16 Fly Home

Depart Da Nang for your overnight flight home via Ho Chi Minh City. If you wish you can extend your stay in Vietnam to include a stop here. Call our travel experts to plan an itinerary designed around your style and pace.
