Info : Penang National Park
What Penang National Park lacks in size, it makes up for in compact beauty and varied terrain. Here, beaches border lush green hills, jungle hills overlook the rare and fascinating meromictic lake, and everything is teeming with wildlife. The 25 square kilometre region can be explored with your guide or independently in great detail in just one day. Choose one of the many hikes that follow the rugged coastline or take you upwards for terrific views of the surrounding islands. Whatever you do, make sure to leave some time to visit the turtle sanctuary at Pantai Kerachut as you might come across a wild nest on the white sandy beach.

Get under the skin of Malacca, KL, Penang, Langkawi and more. Taste the food, explore the culture, discover nature then relax at the beach.
We enjoyed a 3 week trip exploring both the well known places as well as the less developed areas. We also balanced the trip with a variety of walks and activities as well as time for several half day breaks to relax. The Myanmar people are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The colours of the country are outstanding, wonderful dusty landscapes with rice fields and palm trees as well as so many amazing pagodas rich in colour and symbolism. Our best parts were the less well known places but Lake Inle and Bagan are must do places and are still not overrun by tourists. Experience Travel Group tailored a trip for our needs and knew how to do so and suggest appropriate hotels and means of travel.
