The Inle Princess Resort incorporates elements of traditional Shan and Intha design to create a tranquil and peaceful retreat in the heart of the magnificent Inle Lake.
The resort’s 46 rooms are dotted around the central lotus pond and overlook the mountains, paddy fields, ponds and lakes. Rooms vary in size and shape, but all offer high ceilings, private balconies and lavish bathrooms.
All rooms have ornate open fireplaces for the cooler evenings. Beautifully furnished with plentiful indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, the tranquillity permeates every aspect of the Inle Princess Resort. Designed with artistic and creative flair throughout, the resort is primarily constructed from wood, painted in some areas with murals depicting local culture and landscapes. The Inle Princess Resort has a grand bar and restaurant overlooking the main lake. Beautifully furnished with rattan and teak wood furniture, both areas provide seductive communal areas to wine & dine and relax & unwind. Breakfast is served on the large lakeside terrace, while dinner is a-la-carte and served in the main dining room. Peppered with warmly coloured hanging lanterns, the airy dining room is a romantic and relaxed space to enjoy the hotel’s excellent food. The hotel spa offers a range of treatments which can be enjoyed in your room if desired.
An in-house activity centre offers a variety of excursions and walks plus pottery, weaving and wood carving demonstrations and workshops. Wifi internet is available in the reception area.
