This tranquil resort is surrounded by rocky mountains and sits on the edge of a bay, with turquoise waters and a stretch of soft sand right on your doorstep. Come to Muscat Hills for a relaxed stay out of the city where you can enjoy watersports, a private bay and eco-friendly beach hut-style accommodation.
There are 35 eco-friendly beach huts designed in a Bedouin-style with a minimalistic design and Omani charm. They have outdoor bathrooms, open-air showers, thatched roofs and air conditioning. You won’t be far from the bay no matter where your room is located.
When you’re not exploring the sights, spend your days swimming in the bay or the pool, or head out to explore below the waters with a snorkel. You can even learn to dive or build on your existing skills at the PADI dive centre. Kayaking and paddleboarding are complimentary. In the afternoons, you can lounge about on a yacht as you cruise along the coastline with the sun setting in the background, or by day, venture out on a dolphin and whale watching cruise. As for dining options, Mediterranean and Arabic dishes are on offer in the restaurant, or you can sit at the beach bar with the sand between your toes and a drink in hand. The beach club itself is open to outside guests and has a lively atmosphere on the weekend.
