A visit to one of Myanmar's gems, the magnificent and tranquil Inle Lake, deserves a place to rest which can complement the serenity of the landscape. The Inle Princess Resort perfectly blends traditional Burmese design in a very special location, all with a touch of luxury.

Holly's Biog
Holly’s first job in travel was in a marketing role. However, it didn’t take her long to decide to exchange inspecting photographs of amazing destinations for being in them herself.
Armed with a one-way ticket to Bangkok (and little else..!), Holly embarked on an incredible adventure around Southeast Asia. After immersing herself in Thai culture (and eating one too many green curries…), she continued to wonderfully laidback Laos, before adding Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Malaysia and Borneo (climbing its highest mountain – Mount Kinabalu!) to her list.
She also spent time living and exploring life down under in Australia, throwing herself out of planes in New Zealand, and relaxing on the beaches of Bali before joining us at ETG. In the admin department, she gained an excellent understanding of how we look after our clients, before moving into our Travel Team where she currently specialises in Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos and Sri Lanka & the Maldives!
Holly has spent time testing out and developing our new signature experiences Hanoi, Hoi An and Saigon, and she also loved exploring Myanmar in 2017, too. Visiting the villages along the banks of the Irrawaddy and watching all of the buffalo (and children!) head down to the river for a swim and cool off at the end of the day was a particularly special experience.
In 2018, she ventured to Sri Lanka and Cambodia to enjoy the diverse landscapes, delicious food and our signature experiences; and in 2019 Holly was in Borneo, exploring the jungles with our excellent specialist nature guides, and checking out our recommended hotels. In 2020 Holly also managed to squeeze in a personal trip to Rajasthan in India, where she joined the locals in celebrating the fantastic Holi, 'festival of colours'.
