Set on 10 acres of natural, green landscapes in the Cultural Triangle, Sigiriya Jungles is ideally located overlooking the iconic rock fortress itself. The hotel combines both modern comforts with traditional Sri Lankan design.
There is plenty for guests to do at the hotel itself, from swimming in the large pool to indulging and rejuvenating at the spa. Wander across the wooden bridge and borrow a book from the library, or perhaps head to the elevated bar where you’ll find the views of Sigiriya. Dining options are aplenty, with a buffet breakfast in the morning, and three different restaurants to choose from for dinner, ranging from Sri Lankan cuisine to international favourites.
60 tasteful and charming rooms all provide decent amenities, modern bathrooms and a seating area. For those looking for more space and luxury, we recommend the suite rooms, complete with a bathtub jacuzzi. Guests can unwind on their outdoor terrace while admiring the surrounding gardens.
With plenty of space and a range of dining options, Sigiriya Jungles is an ideal location for those travelling in small groups or as a family, however, if you’re looking for a more intimate, boutique style accommodation, then this may not be the place for you.
Superior - This is what we would describe as our standard category. These will be decent 3/4* hotels providing a really good level of service. We would generally expect them to be providing a little something extra, in terms of character, guest experience or facilities too.
