Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri Bangkok,
Info : Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri Bangkok
This hotel is a great option for families and offers fantastic space and amenities for the price. The rooms are apartment style and you’re in a great location in central Bangkok. The suite rooms feature a separate bedroom and large living area with room for bedding for all the family. The suites also feature a kitchenette and although we doubt you’ll have any desire to cook with the range of great food available in Bangkok, you might find the washing machine and large fridge handy.
The hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a pleasant deck area. There is also an excellent gym, spa and an indoor Jacuzzi pool. Parents with younger children will find the children’s soft play and playground area a handy and unique feature at this hotel.
The advantage of this location is that you’re a stone’s throw from Ratchadamri BTS station which means you can zip around Bangkok easily aboard the skytrain instead of sitting in traffic jams in taxis. You’re also within walking distance of the Central Plaza which is a shopping mall with a range of good restaurants.
It’s worth noting that beyond breakfast in the coffee shop, the hotel doesn’t have any other food and beverage outlets and there is no bar so no alcohol is available. We didn’t find this to be a particular problem as there are plenty of places to eat nearby and you can buy your own wine or beer from the local shop.

Superior - This is what we would describe as our standard category. These will be decent 3/4* hotels providing a really good level of service. We would generally expect them to be providing a little something extra, in terms of character, guest experience or facilities too.

Really enjoyed the food tour. It took us to a part of Bangkok that we would never have visited. We visited 5 restaurants, some of which you would probably dismiss out of hand and carry on walking past from their appearance. They were also very clued up on local knowledge so it was a much a cultural tour as food tour.
