Situated right on the River Kwai, this floating property is a unique experience in itself and well located for exploring the region. The lodges are surrounded by a mountainous landscape where adventurous travellers can kayak along the river, swim in waterfalls, visit caves in the Sai Yok National Park and spotting wildlife along the way.
Keep in mind the accommodation is quite basic, so you’re really staying here for the experiences and natural surroundings. Despite this, the rooms are clean, comfortable and traditionally styled.
You won’t find all the usual luxurious of a hotel here, however, if you’re looking to switch off and immerse yourself in the beauty of the area, it’s a lovely spot to do so.
