Accommodation is in 214 Beach Villas dotted around the sandy shores of the island. The rooms are simply furnished but functional and practical. This is not the kind of 'lifestyle' resort you will see in the pages of luxury travel magazines but it is a place with sensible rates and a fantastic range of activities to fill your day in this idyllic part of the world.
The resort offers a full range of watersports and beach activities, as well as snorkelling and scuba diving. A spa and fitness centre offers plenty to keep you amused, active and pampered on shore. The remote location of the resort means the totally unspoilt diving is superb. There is also a house reef for snorkelers.
There are a number of different restaurants offering a range of buffet style service to a-la-carte menus, with Maldivian and international cuisine. The all-inclusive good value is balanced by good service and decent food for a large resort.
The resort has a lively and friendly atmosphere and would suit those visiting the Maldives who are not seeking privacy and seclusion. Ideal for families or sociable types looking for an active and reasonably priced holiday in the Maldives.
Superior - This is what we would describe as our standard category. These will be decent 3/4* hotels providing a really good level of service. We would generally expect them to be providing a little something extra, in terms of character, guest experience or facilities too.
