This place is all about location. The sights and sounds of a stunning waterfall and an abundance of nature are right on your doorstep.
Accommodation is in 25 simple Lao-style bungalows that are clean but verging on the basic; as off-the-beaten-track Laos often is. ‘Air conditioning’ is provided by a fan and the river breeze and hot water supply to your bathroom may be erratic. However, the spectacular views of the Tad Lo waterfalls are to die for.
Your neighbours during your stay will be two rescue elephants who bathe twice daily with their mahouts (there are opportunities to go for a ride too if you wish), an orphaned otter who has taken up residence in the Reception area, and of course the warmly welcoming Lodge staff.
One thing is sure; a night at Tad Lo Lodge is guaranteed to be a truly memorable experience!
