Juweira, Salalah

Juweira is a boutique hotel sitting in the heart of a picturesque marina in Salalah facing out to the Indian Ocean and just a short walk to a Salalah beach. Spend your days relaxing by one of the three pools, or on a lounger on the beach, take part in watersports or perhaps head out on a snorkelling or scuba diving trip. 

There are three restaurants and bars to choose from both in the hotel and just a short walk over the bridge to the other side of the marina. They serve up fresh seafood, cuisine from the region and western dishes. There are also restaurants and shops around the hotel, so you aren’t limited in choice. There are two large pools facing out to the marina, making for lovely spots to swim and relax, while for younger guests, there is a kids’ pool with several waterslides to keep them entertained. Other facilities include a gym, sauna, steam room and library.

You can choose from a great array of room categories, from marina suites to family rooms and one, two or three bedroom apartments. All rooms and apartments are decorated nicely with splashes of colour and have terraces facing out to the ocean. Apartments have fully equipped kitchens, dining and living areas, which are great if you plan on staying a while and want extra space. Marina suites also have living rooms, large bathrooms with bathtubs, while family rooms are similar, but can accommodate up to four people. 

Overall, Juweira provides a nice mid-range beach option in Oman’s south, particularly if you’re looking for child-friendly accommodation.
