This large beachfront hotel sits on the shores of the Indian Ocean and is surrounded by lagoons, water features and canal ways. Here you can enjoy a wide range of facilities, dining options and recreational activities, as well as day trips to further explore Salalah and the Dhofar region.
The large stretch of white sand beach is private and lined with sun loungers but you can also relax by one of the two large swimming pools. Other facilities include the Zen Spa, tennis courts, fitness centre and kids’ club. With four places to dine and drink, you can go for more casual options at the beach bar, enjoy tea on the terrace or international options at Saffron and Silk Road. If you’re looking to get out of the resort for the day, tours can be organised to wadis, other beaches, souqs and towns.
422 rooms and suites are spread out around the gardens, lagoons and canals. They’re modern in design with touches of Omani influences and all have terraces. Family rooms may feel a bit cramped with three beds in one room, so we suggest going for the premium family rooms or suites for a bit more space.
Due to its large scale, this resort won’t be for everyone, so if you’re seeking a smaller, more intimate beach stay in Salalah, there are alternative options. However, it does provide good value and has an array of facilities.
Superior - This is what we would describe as our standard category. These will be decent 3/4* hotels providing a really good level of service. We would generally expect them to be providing a little something extra, in terms of character, guest experience or facilities too.
