Red Brick Homestay is located in the northern province of Phrae, at the end of a large valley and close to Phrae Town. A stay here offers a cosy and comfortable night’s sleep and the chance to connect with the local community.
The homestay is a beautifully built house in the remote countryside, combining traditional Thai teak wood and Western-style red brickwork. This combination of cultures is due to the owners being Thai and Dutch, and the theme continues into the menu with homecooked traditional Thai food on offer in the evening and home-baked bread and fresh coffee served in the morning.
The owners aim to enable guests to experience the beauty of the local region and get to know the communities and their way of life. Your hosts will be happy to help you explore the surrounding countryside and introduce you to some of the local people, and you’ll be able to join in with activities like workshops or cooking.
