Zazen is a unique beach resort with far renowned levels of service.
Situated at Bo Phut Beach, the resort is comprised of distinctive and personal bungalows located on the beachfront and amongst tropical gardens. All rooms feature luxury furnishings, the latest in technological entertainment, and a bright attractive style. Each room is inspired by small and elegant Thai homes with sun-washed colours and traditional red-tiled roofs.
Zazen Restaurant is famous throughout the island for its romantic atmosphere and delectable cuisine. At night, Zazen becomes a warm candle-lit palace, where you can enjoy the gentle presence of the beachfront and enticing food. Even though Zazen is in a quiet location, for variety there are several other laid back places to eat and drink within walking distance.
The garden spa at Zazen offers some fantastic treatments in a lovely setting. Treatments may also be enjoyed by the pool or on the beach.
All in all this is a great value, friendly and intimate place to relax.
Luxury - Luxury hotels would have a superb level of service, very comfortable and usually spacious bedrooms, excellent food, great design and character. For us, when we visited, these places all had the 'wow factor'. A luxury hotel should satisfy the criteria of the most discerning clients.
