Transfer to the iconic Hoan Kiem Lake area which transforms in the early evening into a haven for exercise, romantic walks and people watching, and then stroll to a nearby rooftop bar to enjoy the sunset. Afterwards, head back down to street level where, as night falls, an electric buzz fills the air as locals come out to eat and vendors try to make their last sale of the day.  As you walk about in the company of your expert local guide you'll have the chance to sample local dishes and marvel at the activity around you.
