This is a chance to learn some of the basics of Vietnamese cookery at the excellent Hoa Tuc restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City.
At the start of the day you’ll head to Ben Thanh market with a Vietnamese Chef who will guide you through the colorful and vibrant stalls to purchase the fresh ingredients you will use during your cooking lesson.
For the remainder of the morning you will use Vietnamese kitchenware to create a tasty 3 course meal under the instruction of the chef. Menus change but you’re like to get to cook some of the restaurants signature dishes like “mustard leaves rolled with crispy vegetables and shrimps”, or “spicy beef salad with kumquat, baby white eggplant and lemongrass”.
At the end of the class you’ll get to enjoy the fruits of your labour complemented by a dessert provided by the restaurant.
You’ll leave the class with detailed recipes to take away so you can impress friends with your skills when you get home.
