Outstanding private tour of Sri Lanka for solo parent and toddler
A 3 week private tour around Sri Lanka for solo parent and 2.5yo toddler. Every detail was so well planned and considered that all we needed to do was turn up and enjoy - and enjoy we most certainly did! The itinerary had been specifically crafted to consider the toddler but also ensure enough culture and parent focused items. A brilliant balance. Good communication with the local team in advance about items such as car seats, meaning a smooth arrival process when we landed.
Really easy booking process with personalised itinerary, lots of fine detail considered in advance (whether we were actively aware of it for making a decision, or just happening behind the scenes) so all we needed to do on the trip was turn up and enjoy. The travel experience just flowed.

A custom made month spent in Sri Lanka touring with the support of a driver/guide. An excellant mix of hotels and activities.
Fully supported by staff who know the areas of the country and are happy to edit itinaries until we were happy with the plan. Even though we had not booked flights through ETG they stepped in to help source alternative flights when the middle east conflict could have resulted in cancellations to our original bookings.
Vietnam by planes, trains and automobiles
Amazing trip through Vietnam. Hopefully we will get to go back. Amazing people and culture. We started in Hanoi then went to Ninh Binh, Hue Hoi An, Can Tho, Ho Chi Min city and Mui Ne. We crammed in so much that it was great having a couple of nights in Moi Ne at the end to rest.
This is our second trip with ETG. The properties we stayed at and the experiences we had would have been difficult or impossible to do by organising the trip ourselves. The consistency and quality of the guides, drivers, hotels and experiences was exceptional. So many memories. I’m sold on the value of using ETG - you can really tell they’ve e done their research. I just wish they covered more of the world!
