Overlooking the spiritual town of Rishikesh and the Ganges river valley, the Ananda brings guests closer to nature while allowing them to soak in the tranquillity and beauty of their surroundings.




The Ananda is suited to those wanting a complete rejuvenation, but fantastic hikes, safaris, white water rafting and visits to Rishikesh are all available locally.
There’s a strong focus on health, wellbeing and rejuvenation at the Ananda. Healthy, organic cuisine is served using fresh and natural foods at the restaurant, private dining areas and tea lounge. Traditional Ayurveda, Yoga and Vedanta are integrated into the spa to promote de-stressing, cleansing relaxation.
With a team of qualified nutritionists, physicians, spa therapists and fitness experts, there are many people on hand to assist with fitness and nutrition goals.



The Rooms
The colonial hill architecture of the 78 rooms, suites and villas, blends harmoniously with the surrounding natural landscape. The rooms are simple and elegant, with luxurious beds and panoramic views out to the valley or over the Palace.
Suites have private gardens, although the villas are a real highlight, each with a private infinity pool, spacious rooms, a butler and a private sauna.
