Diphlu River Lodge stands out amongst other camps in the area as a great blend of eco-friendly practices, modern comfort, and an immersive nature experience. Its prime location and commitment to sustainability make it an excellent choice for wildlife lovers looking for an authentic and exciting trip to Kaziranga.
There are a team of highly trained naturalists at the lodge who accompany guests on jeep safaris, helping track and spot some of the fascinating animals that can be found in Kaziranga, such as rhinos, elephants, buffalos and Bengal tigers.
The Rooms
The lodge accommodation is charming, rustic, and environmentally conscious. The 12 cottages have been designed to reflect local Assamese culture and offer a simple yet comfortable experience, combining cane furniture and bamboo fittings with modern amenities like aircon and fridges.
The large verandas give guests a chance to relax and admire the glistening Diphlu River or lush paddy fields.
