Gangga Island Resort & Spa
Dreamy diving & snorkelling
Couples, Families

Nestled between tropical trees and white sandy beaches, this island resort is a beautiful base.
Gangga Island Resort and Spa is found just off the coast of North Sulawesi and is paradise for snorkellers and divers. Dive into the vivid underwater world here before lying back on the soft sand…

The resort welcomes all types of travellers and is sensitive to family needs as they have activities for kids and teens.
The fully-equipped dive centre is a serious highlight. You’ll love it if you have a passion for diving or want to complete your PADI. Dive trips to different locations run daily, and the surrounding area is known to have some of the best diving in all of Indonesia. Ranging from pygmy seahorses to whale sharks, the biodiversity in these waters is immense and absolutely not to be missed.
Dining at Gangga is also a pleasure. You can either eat in the open-air restaurant or under the coconut trees, where beach BBQs are set up often. The cuisine is a mix of International and traditional Indonesian dishes.
There’s a lovely little spa and a saltwater swimming pool that looks out to sea (the ideal spot to watch the sunset).

The Rooms
This small resort is made up of 15 beachfront bungalows, all with a spacious wooden veranda.
They are fairly simple but comfortable (with air con), and decorated in the local Minahasa style.
