A visit to one of Myanmar's gems, the magnificent and tranquil Inle Lake, deserves a place to rest which can complement the serenity of the landscape. The Inle Princess Resort perfectly blends traditional Burmese design in a very special location, all with a touch of luxury.

The greatest reward and luxury of travel is to be able to experience everyday things as if for the first time - Bill Bryson
Holly’s first job in travel was in a marketing role, however it didn’t take her long to decide to exchange inspecting photographs of amazing destinations for being in them herself.
Armed with a one-way ticket to Bangkok (and little else..!), Holly embarked on an incredible adventure around Southeast Asia. After immersing herself in Thai culture (and eating one too many green curries…), she continued on to wonderfully laidback Laos, before adding Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Malaysia and Borneo (climbing its highest mountain – Mount Kinabalu!) to her list.
She also spent time living and exploring life down under in Australia, throwing herself out of planes in New Zealand, and relaxing on the beaches of Bali before joining us at ETG. In the admin department she gained an excellent understanding of how we look after our clients, before moving into our Travel Team where she currently specialises in Vietnam and Cambodia, Myanmar and Sri Lanka.
Holly has spent time testing out and developing our new signature experiences Hanoi, Hoi An and Saigon, and she also loved exploring Myanmar in 2017, too. Visiting the villages along the banks of the Irrawaddy and watching all of the buffalo (and children!) head down to the river for a swim and cool off at the end of the day was a particularly special experience. In 2018, she's ventured to Sri Lanka and Cambodia to enjoy the diverse landscapes, delicious food and local life and experience some of our memorable excursions and hotels!

Visit the floating villages of the Tonle Sap lake, the largest in South East Asia and home to these unusual dwellings.
See three different sides of the remarkable country of Cambodia before relaxing at a hidden island retreat in Thailand.
