Incredible holiday we’ll treasure forever
Our 2 week trip to Thailand was long awaited as was cancelled due to Covid and then despite best efforts from Holly (our amazing agent) we just weren't able to make the itinerary work until the country had fully reopened. It was so worth the wait. We had 4 locations which was perfect. We particularly loved Bangkok and Chiang Mai where we had Experience Travel Guides - they really made the trip as we were able to get the very most out of both cities in a way we never would have done if we'd had to research it and plan it all ourselves, plus that would have been exhausting! We learnt so much about the country and its culture from the guides - they are so much more than you would expect. Highly recommend the transport tour in Bangkok. The island/relaxing part of the trip was also lovely.

From having a 'tipping policy' to ensuring their guides are looked after in times of epidemics or country unrest.
Holly - our agent - really went the extra mile in making sure this trip was right for me and my family - she listened and treated us as individuals which is not that common an experience from a travel company! The guides they work with seem very happy in their jobs and really add to the amazing experience. I've used Experience Travel twice now and both times they have been outstanding. I feel nothing is too much trouble and I also feel if I needed them mid trip, they would be there for me and my family. This has not been the experience with other tour operators.

Just what we needed for our first long haul trip in three years.
Experience Travel Group took the time and really paid attention to what we wanted and planned the trip meticulously to ensure the right balance between activities and relaxation and sought out some very special places for us to stay. Excellent service. The staff we spoke to were knowledgable, very patient and incredibly flexible, listening to what we wanted and delivering accordingly. We had an amazing time consequentially.
