A Family Adventure with Experiences on the way
We travelled with The Experience Travel Group to Sri Lanka - W e were there for 2 weeks and travelled to the cultural triangle then down through the tea country to the national park and then finishing on the beach on the south coast.
Experience were so helpful having originally planned the holiday pre covid we were met with a 3 year delay but they were brilliant at revising the itinerary - keeping the prices as close to the original quote as possible and listening to our wants and needs. They lived up to the Experience name with lots of amazing adventures added to the itinerary making sure we really go to the heart of the country and saw all it had to offer.

Fabulous Stress free Sri Lankan Holiday
I cannot praise ETG more highly for a fabulous 2 week trip to Sri Lanka. The organisation in Sri Lanka was seamless, we were incredibly well looked after by on the ground ETG staff and our chauffeur/driver was excellent, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. We got a real feel for the country, every hotel we stayed in gave us a truly memorable stay, the hotels also praised ETG very highly. Train ride, tea plantations, birdwatching, relaxing on coast, elephants...so many experiences but all at a perfect pace.
From the moment we contacted ETG they listened to what we wanted to do and guided us in the planning, their best advice was to not to cram in too much in the two weeks and to stay 3 nights in each place , they were so right. The excursions we took at each stop off worked seamlessly. ETG staff on the ground in Sri Lanka must also be highly praised for their efficiency and thoughtfulness

Wonderful trip to Sri Lanka
A private guided tour around the main sites in Sri Lanka. We visited Colombo, the Cultural Triangle, Kandy, the Hill Country, Yala National Park and Galle. There are too many highlights to mention here but these stand out: seeing 3 leopards in Yala National Park, climbing Sigiriya, being taken by tuktuk to lunch in a rural farm, the train ride in the Hill Country, seeing wild elephants crossing the road in front of us and all those wild peacocks everywhere.
Experience Travel Group are absolutely excellent. They discuss the itinerary with clients and are very helpful. We were first supposed to be taking this holiday in March 2019 but it was postponed four times because of bombs, covid, riots etc. ETG were extremely patient over this and happily re-arranged the trip for us. We were so glad we finally got there and had such a well-organised and interesting trip. Very many thanks to them
