Converted into a boutique hotel by conservation architect Rohit Ranjitkar, it retains beautiful wood carvings, terracotta tiles and exposed beams. Built around a tranquil central courtyard, the property offers an intimate retreat into Patan’s artistic heritage and local lifestyle—without sacrificing comfort.
With only ten rooms—including six Deluxe Rooms and four Suites—each is individually styled yet modest in scale. Interiors retain original wooden or tiled floors, exposed beams, colourful rugs and brass basins in slate bathrooms. Some rooms feature small balconies overlooking the courtyard or old town views. A thoughtful hotel: in winter, hot-water bottles are provided.
