Mountain scenery can be admired from all areas of the hotel and you’ll particularly enjoy the fresh air and peaceful atmosphere.
The whole property faces out towards the cliff’s edge and looks over the Jebel Akhdar mountain range, offering incredible views while you dine and swim. Simply spend your time relaxing by the pool, indulging in spa treatments, or head out on a hike through abandoned villages, visit Nizwa or the rose farms of Al Aqar.
Dine inside or out but we really recommend enjoying your meals out on the terrace looking at the mountains. There aren’t many options to dine other than in the hotel, however the food here is simple, tasty and traditional, with guests singing the praises of the chefs here.
It’s a nice spot for families, with a small kids’ pool, playground and rooms tailored to families. Family Suites have two bedrooms, a large living area and modern bathrooms. Studios are the lead-in rooms, which are decked out in neutral tones and comfortable furnishings, while the Deluxe Suites have an added living area. The highlight of the rooms has to be the balconies, which all face out towards the distant mountain range.
If you prefer boutique properties, this is a lovely option in Oman’s mountainous region. However, it does not have as many facilities due to its smaller size.
