Tropical Koh Samui is the largest, and most well known of the island’s off Thailand’s south-eastern coastline.

Koh Samui is a great base to go off and explore the neighbouring islands of Koh Tao and Koh Phangan as well as the Ang Thong National Marine Park. You will find some western shops and chain restaurants, which should be avoided at all costs.
