Zannier Bai San Ho
Real sense of escape,
Understated luxury
Couples,
Families
Set on a secluded peninsula in peaceful Phu Yen, Zannier Bai San Ho is a top choice for ‘barefoot luxury’ on Vietnam’s central coast.
Jungle-clad hills, rice paddies and a quiet sweep of beach surround villas made from reclaimed wood that blend effortlessly into the landscape. It’s the kind of place where time stretches out, just as the views do.
At ETG, we encourage travellers to do things differently but in Vietnam, finding good-quality, eco-conscious accommodation beyond the usual route isn’t always easy. That’s why we (literally) jumped for joy when Zannier Bai San Ho opened.
Zannier Bai San Ho is a great fit for couples, families, or solo travellers looking to switch off in style.
With everything from water sports to spa time and three restaurants serving Vietnamese, international, and beachside barbecues, there’s plenty to dip in or out of.
The resort sits roughly midway between Nha Trang and Hoi An, about an hour south of Quy Nhon. You can fly in from Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, but we often recommend taking the train down from Hoi An; it’s a scenic route and makes arriving here feel like a proper wind-down. The peaceful setting makes it an ideal final stop after exploring the country.
The Rooms
All rooms come in the form of villas, crafted from timber with bamboo furniture, natural textiles and calming palettes that tastefully offset the surrounding scenery.
Some sit high in the hills, others near the beach, and many come with private pools.
All have thoughtful touches like indoor-outdoor bathrooms, generous terraces and a sense of quiet seclusion.
For couples, go for hilltop pool villa with sea views or a beachfront hideaway just steps from the sand. Families can go for the spacious multi-bedroom villas that include private pools, living areas and plenty of space to spread out.
