Solo Travellers
This luxury hotel stands proud on a hillside stretch, with knockout views across Jimbaran Bay and Mount Agung.
Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay overlooks one of Bali’s best beaches and makes it easy to reach the island’s cultural highlights, too. In essence, this is great spot to stay while exploring the magical island and drinking in those azure waters.
This is a beautiful, romantic resort with a traditional Indonesian feel.
However, as is standard with Four Seasons properties, it’s also a great choice for families! There is a fantastic spa, two swimming pools overlooking the bay (one with a waterfall), a terrific kids club and a couple of restaurants.
The beach club, ‘Coconut Grove’, is the ideal spot to take in the atmosphere of the bay at dusk. Lanterns sway in the breeze as you watch the glorious sunset and locals and tourists playing football or flocking to Jimbaran’s famous beach barbeques. We highly recommend wandering down the beach where you can dine at one of the superb local seafood BBQ restaurants yourself.
It’s also worth noting that due to the nature of the tides, Jimbaran Bay is one of the safest beaches in Bali for swimming. All in all, a fabulous place to stay.
The Rooms
Each of the villas come with a private pool, an outdoor pavilion and a lush garden, enclosed within a courtyard.
The villas themselves are opulent and tastefully designed with free-standing roll-top baths and traditional Indonesian furnishings.
We particularly recommend the Ocean View One Bedroom Villas as they are higher up the hillside than other villas, so benefit from panoramic views of the bay from both your living area and pool.
