The two countries can be combined with a variety of routes and modes of transport. The Mekong River meanders through them both so a great way to visit them is by taking our Cambodia to Vietnam via the Mekong tour between Phnom Penh and Ho Chi Minh City.
Several flights a day operate between either Siem Reap or Phnom Penh in Cambodia with Saigon and Hanoi in Vietnam, these flights take little more than an hour. There are even short direct flights linking Siem Reap with Danang making it possible to neatly link the two cultural gems of Angkor and Hoi An in even a short holiday.
