Set on Koh Rong island, the Royal Sands is located right on the pristine white sands of Long Beach, making it a great place to relax, perhaps at the end of your holiday exploring Cambodia.
You’ll reach the resort on a one-hour boat ride from the town of Sihanoukville on Cambodia’s southern coast. The resort spans some 400 metres along a private section of the beach, with the majority of the property set on the sand, so you can wander barefoot from your room to the pool, beach and restaurant! As for dining, you have a choice between The Chill and Ocean restaurant.
Ideal for honeymooners and couples looking for romance and seclusion, with private villas just steps from the sand.
Families will also appreciate the spacious two- and three-bedroom options, along with the relaxed pace and safe, car-free environment. It’s a great choice for anyone wanting to slow down, recharge, and enjoy the beach in barefoot luxury at the end of a Cambodia adventure.
The Rooms
There are 67 free-standing villas in total, in a beachy, relaxed style with white, beige and wooden interiors. Lead-in categories include the ocean view and beachfront villas, although if you’re looking to upgrade, you can choose to have your own pool. Bathrooms are particularly large, with giant bathtubs.
