The Six Senses Spa anchors the experience, with facials, massages, yoga, meditation, and even sleep programmes. Beyond that, there’s a horizon lap pool, ocean boardwalk, open-air cinema, sky observatory, outdoor fitness circuit, and… an ice-cream parlour! Watersports, cooking classes, and excursions to nearby islands keep things interesting for those who want them, while the Nest kids’ club (ages 4–11) means younger guests are well looked after too.
Dining centres around the Aha and Tree restaurants, where Khmer and international menus draw on the island’s own organic garden and local provinces. The Sunset Bar does exactly what it promises, and does it beautifully.
The Rooms
There are just 40 villas, all with their own private infinity pools (reason enough to linger). Designed with natural wood, light fabrics, and a minimal aesthetic, they sit comfortably within the jungle rather than imposing on it.
The best-positioned catch ocean views from the pool and deck. Bathrooms are open-plan and spacious, with free-standing tubs as standard. One and two-bedroom villas are available. For families or groups, the Beach Retreat (two standalone villas on their own private stretch of west-facing beach) is the standout choice.
