DAY 1 – DEPART THE UK

Depart the UK.

DAY 2– 4 UBUD (BALI)

On arrival in Bali, your guide and driver will meet you for the transfer to your hotel in Ubud.

During your time in Ubud, you will get an insider's perspective on the artwork, architecture, food and rural scenery that make this region so special. There will also be a unique private walking tour through the beautiful countryside guided by a local Balinese Priest who will offer a great insight into Balinese nature, religion and culture. There is also the option of a downhill cycle ride from Mount Batur through lush tropical paddy fields, coffee plantations and local villages.

DAys 5 & 6 SIDEMAN (BALI)

Continue east with your guide to the picturesque hills of East Bali. Here you’ll reach a lovely retreat where you can relax and get a feel for authentic Balinese life.

You can opt to laze around the resort and take in the views, pool and spa or you might choose a more active stay. Activities on offer include a trek to nearby Pura Bukit which is home to traditional Ikat weavers, cycling through the foothills of Mount Agung or strolling through the remarkably beautiful landscape of rice paddy terraces, volcanic valleys, lush tropical forest and mountain terrain.

DAY 7 – 9 JEEVA BELOAM BEACH CAMP (LOMBOK)

Head down to the coast and take a speedboat to the neighbouring island of Lombok (if preferred, you can fly). The boat journey takes 90 minutes. Upon arrival, transfer across the island to your off-the-beaten-track beach camp, it has a great beach and activities here include trekking in the forest, snorkelling and cycling, and this is an experience for those looking for something a little different.

DAY 10-13 SENGGIGI (LOMBOK)

Head back across to the west coast of Lombok where you’ll spend four full days. This side of Lombok is an excellent contrast to the east. Here you’ll get views over to Bali with fantastic sunsets, a choice of places to eat and the option to take snorkelling trips around the Gili islands.

DAY 14 – FLY HOME

Transfer to Lombok airport for your flight home.
