Situated on the banks of the Nam Song River and with views of the surrounding limestone mountains, the Riverside Boutique is a charming hotel and an ideal respite after a day of exploration.
The property is precisely as its name suggests – a charming boutique hotel tucked away from the main town and set on a quiet stretch of the Nam Song River. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and guests can choose to stay either on the ground floor with direct access to the ample swimming pool or the first floor with a little more privacy and larger terraces, perfect for admiring the view of the hotel’s tropical gardens and limestone mountains across the river. The onsite ‘Restaurant du Crabe d’Or’ is one of the best in Vang Vieng, and we’d highly recommend booking ahead for dinner.
For our money, Riverside Boutique is the best option in town. The hotel’s location and views of the distinctive Vang Vieng countryside, large rooms, swimming pool, and excellent food make it the obvious choice for anyone spending a night or two in this beautiful part of the world.
