Amet Haveli

Solos
Udaipur is the City of Lakes, and Amet Haveli delivers wonderful views of the City Palace and the Taj Lake Palace.
This is a lovely traditional “haveli” that offers guests excellent value for money.
Architecturally influenced by Agra Fort’s splendid Mughal Gardens, it has been used in the past by Maharanas as a pleasure garden in the evenings, admired for its beautiful green lawns. Today, its visitors continue to take pleasure in its Rajput era ambience and comfortable facilities.
Amet Haveli is more simple and charming than extravagantly luxury, but it’s a great value choice in lovely Udaipur for couples, families, and solo travellers.
Ambrai Restaurant is perhaps Amet Haveli’s biggest draw. A table by the lake is a coveted evening pleasure, so book well in advance and enjoy the very special atmosphere.
The restaurant serves Indian Chinese Continental cuisine, adopting the concept of five basic elements and striving to combine them all: earth, sky, air, water, and fire. The results are fantastic and very authentic.
The Rooms
There are twenty rooms in total, each with its own bathroom and all the usual modern amenities such as air conditioning and WiFi.
We’d recommend a suite with a lake view, which is much more spacious. Besides, you’re in Udaipur to admire the gorgeous lake after all. There’s a small swimming pool on-site, and of course, truly exceptional dining awaits.
