Introducing the ETG Concierge Team
For many ETG travellers, the journey doesn’t start with a destination. It starts with a phone call. A conversation about what’s been on your mind for a while. The places that excite you. The kind of experience you’re hoping this trip will give you.
That first conversation matters. And it’s where our new Concierge team, based in London, comes in.
The first voice you hear
When you call ETG, you’ll likely speak to Zoe or Alex first. They’ll take the time to understand what you’re looking for and whether our way of working feels right for you.
ETG isn’t for everyone, and we’re upfront about that. We specialise in bespoke holidays where every element, from immersive experiences to carefully chosen boutique hotels, is curated for you. We don’t arrange individual components or quick add-ons.
Those early conversations make sure that if you do move forward, you’re matched with the right consultant from the start.
Your consultant then takes the lead on designing your holiday, drawing on their destination knowledge to craft a trip that fits you like a glove.
Support once you’ve booked
Once your trip is confirmed, the Concierge team steps back in and stays with you ’til take off.
On behalf of your consultant, they’ll ask for any information needed to firm up your holiday plans, handle practical questions that pop up, and arrange pre-departure calls.
By handling the logistics, they free up your consultant’s time to sharpen imaginative ideas, add thoughtful surprises, and focus on crafting trips that feel genuinely magical and unique.

Zoe brings a palpable love of travel to every conversation. Having spent considerable time travelling through Asia, she understands the excitement of exploration and the value of thoughtful guidance at the start.
She’s often the first voice ETG travellers hear, sparking those initial conversations and making sure you’re matched to the best consultant for you.
With several years of behind-the-scenes travel experience, Alex understands how great holidays come together and why the details matter so much.
Her own travels in South East Asia have been shaped by curiosity and culture, giving her a grounded understanding of the destinations ETG specialises in and the kind of experiences travellers value most.
