At Easter, Northern Vietnam is your best bet – explore Ninh Binh under bright blue skies and see the cascading rice terraces of Pu Luong in all their glory.

Hue for the perfect blend of adventure, history, and culture. Enjoy some good old-fashioned family time by swapping screens for the great outdoors and meander through little villages by bike to discover ancient garden houses.
Quy Nhon for blissful beach time (or watersports for restless teens).
Lak Lake for a proper off-the-beaten-track adventure.
Vietnam's cities are also great fun for teenagers. Hanoi is incredible: labyrinthine alleyways come alive each morning with a flurry of activities like aerobics and badminton before turning into a hubbub of colour and energy. Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon to its friends) is fun too. You might be able to buy fake branded goods at very low prices. So we’ve heard anyway. You can definitely visit the Cu Chin Tunnels and enjoy a Banh Mi or five…
