Embark on this 2 night adventure following the Headhunters Trail through Mulu National Park. This combines travelling up the river, some trekking through the jungle and a stay at an Iban longhouse overnight.
The excursion is appropriately called The Headhunters Trail because it follows the old route taken by the Kayan people who carried out headhunting practices (historically only!)
The adventure encompasses a 9km trek and a 11 km trek and boating boat down the Terikan and Medalam rivers, for 3-4 hours, to reach an Iban longhouse for dinner.
