Villa Hundira is set amongst beautiful tropical gardens, through which a picturesque waterway runs through, on out to Negombo Lagoon. Guests can use kayaks to go and explore the wonderful flora and fauna of the lagoon and surrounding canals. For keen anglers fishing is also available off the hotel’s pontoon. The villa has a beautiful pool and sun lounging area as well for guests to relax in the calm and peaceful environment of the exotic gardens.  

The villa has eight bedrooms and one suite, all extremely spacious and comfortable. A large communal lounge area, entertainment room, inside and outside dining area and open plan kitchen is also found here. The rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished, creating a very welcoming and homely feel to the property. Air conditioning is installed for your comfort and ensuites boast storm showers. For guests wanting a bit more privacy, across the waterway is a vast suite room, which includes its own bedroom, kitchen, lounge and veranda overlooking the beautiful lagoon.

Though the staff may not speak perfect English they are exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful, making sure your stay at Villa Hundira is a special one. The food served in Villa Hundira is excellent, whilst the open plan kitchen allows guests to get hands on and learn how to cook some traditional Sri Lankan dishes using local produce and fish.

The beach is a five minute walk away, whilst Negombo itself is only a short tuk-tuk ride away, for those looking for some shopping or nightlife
