This special tour takes you just a short drive from the lovely beaches of Nha Trang and into the beautful countryside to learn about  Vietnamese food with a local well-known chef. 

 

Gain a unique insight into the everyday lives of the local farming community and learn how the farmers and their buffaloes work in the rice paddies. You will also visit a clay-oven making workshop and a herb garden before reaching a local market to select some ingredients for the cooking class. Then spend the second half of the day preparing a traditional Vietnamese meal using fresh ingredients and cooking techniques. This is a fun and interesting way to learn about the country’s culture via through its colourful and tasty cuisine.
