Zeavola, Koh Phi Phi Island

Zeavola Phi Phi is one of the most unique and up-market properties on the western shores of Thailand. Located on the quiet northern tip of stunning Koh Phi Phi Island, it can be reached only by boat.

Zeavola Phi Phi has 48 villas and suites, which are unlike any hotel room we have seen previously. Constructed in a traditional rural Thai style, the detached wooden villas are spread through large garden grounds and the wide beachfront which Zeavola Phi Phi proudly occupies. The elegantly thatched villas have large bedrooms, open air verandas and outdoor bathrooms. Electric wicker blinds can be lowered around the villas for extra privacy and there are various lighting options a lovely sight after sunset in the evening glow. Wooden furniture adorns the outdoor areas, complimented by traditional Thai cushions and real coffee makers.

The villas are divided into three categories depending on location and proximity to the beach. Village Suites are furthest inland, then Garden Suites and finally the Beach Front Suites.

There is a lovely, secluded pool and two superb restaurants serving Thai, International and Italian cuisine. The beach bar has futuristic Bose pod speakers which pop out of the sand and provide crystal clear sound, a relaxing backdrop to the lazy hours spent there.

The beach is superb - quiet, idyllic and sheltered, and the hotel has comfortable beach bean-bags for guests. A couple of other developments on the beach provide extra dining options. There is also the Zeavola Spa, offering the usual extensive array of massages and treatments.

Access to Phi Phi is by speed boat or ferry from Phuket or Krabi (about 1 hour). The transfer to Zeavola Phi Phi takes another 30 minutes by long tail boat along the islands stunning and dramatic coastline. A number of exciting excursions and activities are offered, from scuba diving to island sightseeing tours.
