Honeymooners
In a bird sanctuary next to Weerawila lake, Flameback Eco Lodge offers a remarkable wildlife experience.
Many visitors to Sri Lanka take a safari, usually for a day or two, focused on just one National Park. What’s particularly unique about Flameback is that it’s in between Uda Walawe, Yala and Bundala National Parks – respectively known for their elephant and leopard population and varied birdlife. You can visit all three during your stay at Flameback.
Situated within a bird sanctuary, Flameback Eco Lodge offers a harmonious blend of comfort and nature.
There is a range of nature trails, cycling adventures and fishing trips around the lodge itself and an on-site infinity pool. Dining is in the lakeside restaurant, where the chefs prepare delicious Sri Lankan food with fresh produce from the organic garden. You’re particularly close to Lunugamwehere National Park, which serves as an elephant corridor between Yala and Uda Walawe.
