Sisindu T
Tea estate,
Hilltop views

Friends
A six-bedroom villa on a working tea estate, with views over the hills all the way to the Indian Ocean.
Sisindu T sits on a tea estate around 15 minutes inland from the south coast, near Galle. It’s the sister property of beachside Sisindu C, and shares the same brilliant eye for interior design.
It’s a refined, relaxed base for families or small groups exploring both the coast and the countryside.
Ideal for larger families and groups of friends or couples who want space, privacy and countryside calm, with Galle and the south coast beaches just a short ride away.
The estate grows tea, cinnamon and pepper, and there’s plenty of wildlife around, from monkeys to colourful birds. You can explore the estate and nearby villages on foot. Galle Fort and the south coast beaches are only around 10km away, an easy tuk-tuk or taxi ride.
Back at the villa, there’s a swimming pool, and a team of seven staff takes care of the cooking and everything else.
All in all, this is a beautiful, peaceful hideaway with the best of both worlds on its doorstep.
The Rooms
The villa itself has six huge bedrooms, each with a balcony or veranda and an en suite bathroom. There is a lovely balance of indoor and outdoor living, and the whole place feels fresh, open and welcoming. There is a swimming pool to splash around in and seven villa staff who prepare meals and look after you throughout your stay.
Staying here offers a great way to experience something of the real Sri Lanka while living in (very) fine style.
