It’s design has been very well thought through: the remarkable architecture is inspired by intricate Moorish and Rajasthani influences and its amenities are top-notch. And that includes the Michelin recognised restaurant with its tiled terrace.

Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore nearby cultural gems like Mulkirigala rock temple, this hillside retreat gives you space to breathe. There’s plenty of fun to be had here, from swimming and cycling to yoga and cooking classes, as well as excursions further afield. We recommend visiting Mirissa Beach nearby and going wildlife spotting (few things compare to seeing whales and dolphins in the water in front of you), before relaxing on the sandy shores.
