The best time to visit India depends on the region:
October to March is ideal for most of the country, with cooler, dry weather that’s perfect for exploring Rajasthan, Delhi, and the north.
April to June is hot but good for the Himalayan regions.
June to September is monsoon season, bringing vibrant greenery to Kerala and southern India, though travel can be trickier.
For a classic north India experience – Rajasthan, the Golden Triangle, and cultural highlights – November to February offers the most comfortable conditions.
